Refund & Return Policy

At Heartieezz Ventures OPC Private Limited, we strive to provide high-quality T-shirts and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Products can be returned only if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The product must be returned in original packaging

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products

  • Products returned after the allowed return period

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be refunded through the original payment method

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you may request an exchange. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with product details and photos.

Exchanged Product will be delivered with in 10 days

 Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are Delivered within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable
